You have 2 years of recent acute-care Director of Surgical Services experience
You hold a Bachelors Degree in Nursing; Masters Degree preferred
Youre comfortable leading large perioperative teams and multiple departments
You understand quality regulatory compliance budgeting staffing and surgical operations
You value accountability collaboration and patient-centered care

17.5% annual target bonus based on hospital metrics
