• Strong leader and fiscal manager skilled at organizing personnel budgets and programs across multiple sites.
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with parents staff and agencies; calm and diplomatic under stressful or high-stakes situations (mediations hearings).
• Deep knowledge of special education law and compliance with meticulous attention to CASEMIS/CALPADS reporting and state/federal deadlines.
• Committed to evidence-based inclusive instructional practices and to coaching/developing staff capacity
• High integrity and sound judgment with resilience adaptability and cultural competency in serving diverse student and family needs.

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum of five years of experience in at least one area of Special Education and a minimum of two years of increasingly responsible and successful experience as an administrator in Special Education

Salary

• $153527.00 - $191733.00

Credential Requirement

• Valid California Administrative Services Credential.
