Job Summary
Director of Operations El Segundo CA
- Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across property operations including leasing resident relations maintenance and collections.
- Preparation of annual operating plans and budgets.
- Set revenue targets and ensure execution against portfolio objectives.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and expense reduction.
- Lead and oversee value-add initiatives including interior renovations and common area upgrades.
- Oversee all aspects of staff leadership including recruitment onboarding training development performance management and retention.
- Monitor compliance with Operations and Accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance HR Marketing Legal Technology and other departments.
- Strategic operational leadership with strong business acumen

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comp: $150-175K bonus
- Bachelors degree preferred OR equivalent experience (10 years in property management).
- 8 years of progressive leadership experience in multifamily operations or portfolio management.
- 5 years in a people management role leading multi-site teams.
- Demonstrated track record of P&L ownership and financial accountability.
- Strong communication organizational and decision-making skills.
- High level of computer literacy and comfort leveraging technology in operations.
