Director Of Nursing

Lead and direct nursing practice and clinical functions within the Emergency and implement patient care programs that improve quality and with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless care operational units including personnel management fiscal accountability and operational a culture of safety quality improvement and service change facilitate redesign and implement systems and processes to maintain regulatory and manage budgets for assigned operational :Masters degree in Nursing Business or Healthcare of five years of progressive ED nursing leadership experience including three years in an Emergency Department manager expertise in emergency nursing in federal and state regulatory healthcare compliance (e.g. CMS The Joint Commission DVN Department of Health) experience achieving Emergency Department quality success working across functional trauma center experience Nurse (RN) license in the state of in specialty required within 3 :Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Excellent critical thinking to work effectively in a collaborative computer skills including MS Office leadership and experience in program success in operations and financial management.
