What Youll Do

• work collaboratively to lead all clinical services for the facility
• develop and implement nursing practices to ensure high quality care
• oversee regulatory compliance including
  • patient care and resident rights
  • nursing practices
  • staffing and employee development
  • budget

What Were Looking For

• current Wisconsin licensure as a Registered Nurse
• degree from an accredited school of nursing
• previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility
• knowledge of State and Federal regulations

About Dove Healthcare
