Director of Nursing

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership direction and mentorship to all nursing staff
Oversee compliance with state federal and facility regulations
Develop and implement nursing policies procedures and quality improvement initiatives
Partner with the interdisciplinary team to support residents overall health and well-being
Manage staffing scheduling and training for optimal performance

Qualifications:
Active Connecticut RN license
At least 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and best practices
Exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills
