Job Summary
Were in search of a highly motivated people-friendly organized Director of Human Resources to join the award-winning Adelphi Hotel in Saratoga Springs. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations including recruiting onboarding and training while playing a key role in strategic planning and business administration. This position plays a pivotal role in creating and ensuring a positive and inclusive work culture while ensuring that the property is in compliance with the most recent employment laws.
Ideal candidates are natural leaders decision-makers and team players.
PHR Certification preferred
Proven ability in leadership fostering employee development and teamwork across departments to ensure delivery of outstanding customer service
Service-oriented and detail-focused with an approachable friendly demeanor
3 years as an HR Director HR Manager or in an upper-level HR position in a hotel or within the hospitality industry
