Director of Hardware Engineering

Provide leadership for global semiconductor hardware engineering initiatives focused on silicon ecosystem development including EDA vendors IP and test chip programs in support of MCU and SoC programs and path finding initiatives.

Help align IP roadmap with the companys long term product roadmap

Work in collaboration with product operations and SW groups to ensure delivery on time and with the right KPIs.

Qualifications :

A bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering computer engineering or a similar field. 

20 years of engineering experience with a good understanding of design verification validation across multiple technology generations.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving decision-making and communication skills
