Job Description

Provides strategic leadership and oversight of financial operations for the Dallas Workforce Development project. Ensures compliance with federal state and local regulations while safeguarding fiscal integrity forecasting budgets and guiding decision-making to maximize program impact.

• Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee accounting payroll and procurement functions.
• Monitor grant and contract compliance with funder regulations.
• Prepare financial statements reports and analyses for leadership and funders.
• Advise senior leadership on financial risks opportunities and strategies.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7 years of progressive financial management experience preferably in non-profit or government-funded programs.
• Expertise in GAAP cost allocation and grants management.
