Metz Environmental Services is growing and we have a great opportunity for a STELLAR Director of EVS in busy healthcare setting.We are seeking a leader who shares our passion for superior services and a motivating management style that challenges mentors develops and retains outstanding hourly Team Members.

The EVS Director/ GM will ensure that the facility is in functioning in a proper and safe manner while ensuring the overall appearance sanitation and cleanliness is apparent to our Client Patients Residents and Guests.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

3-5 Years of EVS Management Experience

Strong Knowledge of Facility and EVS Maintenance procedures

Strong work ethic and Team Player

Amazing Leadership and Mentoring skills

Strong Computer and Administrative Skills

Experienced employee management accounting HR functions

Experience Managing a budget and purchasing

Bachelors Degree in Business Management or similar desired

Mechanically inclined understanding EVS Industry language
