The team connects the systems that move products from factory to customer bridging sales platforms with the operational infrastructure that keeps Apple running at scale and ensuring Apples technology and business priorities move in Sales and Operations Engineering team in ISu0026T is looking for an experienced leader to lead the Product Management and Engineering teams responsible for delivering Apples Supply Chain Planning and Optimization systems. This leader will define platform strategies and product roadmaps build and operate the systems that manage these processes and integrate them within Apples overall systems landscape.

In this role you will be responsible for defining the platform architecture and strategy product roadmaps and building and operating systems that support the Supply Chain Planning and Optimization space. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain planning systems and technologies and the ability to manage complex global enterprise-level initiatives supporting a wide range of business stakeholders. This role also has leadership responsibility over a global engineering team located in the US (California and Texas) India (Hyderabad) Ireland (Cork) and scope of this portfolio includes but is not limited to platforms that manage the following areas: Demand Sensing/Forecasting; Materials/Component/Subcomponent Planning; Finished Goods Planning; Service Part Planning; Material and Inventory Positioning; Sales Channel Replenishment; Network and Transportation Capacity Planning; Manufacturing Production Scheduling; Strategic and Tactical Su0026OP.

Partnering with the various business stakeholders across Operations and AppleCare to define the supply chain planning strategy and capability roadmap and translate that into relevant product the overall platform architecture and strategy that support the supply chain planning and optimization and engaging with external vendors and service providers to assess feasibility and fit within our product and delivering on complex multi-year global capability roadmaps that align with business functional and technical subject matter expertise and thought leadership to inspire innovation and influence business a large portfolio of engineering programs from a funding resourcing and timeline organizational leadership to this function including org design leadership and technical skills development hiring strategy and managing total cost of and leading a high-performing team of managers and individual contributors to deliver innovative scalable as a liaison between the supply chain planning ISu0026T team and other internal partners across the business and ISu0026T to design and deliver integrated solutions to the decisions and managing change through collaboration leadership and a customer-focused operational issues and escalations. Quickly assessing and developing root cause analyses and and implementing critical metrics to measure the teams success.

BA/BS Degree plus 15 years of relevant experiencen15 years of progressive experience with a minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience responsible for global supply chain systems transformation preferably in the high-tech/consumer electronics / retail expertise in all areas of supply chain planning and optimization systems including industry trends vendors products and services and experts available in the expertise in researching piloting and applying advanced technologies (AI/ML etc.) to supply chain planning solutions with a focus on achieving greater autonomous product and portfolio/project management experience - able to define long-term strategic roadmaps combined with the ability to execute at the tactical project background in defining enterprise technology u0026 systems architecture with a focus on achieving highly performant and scalable background in building and leading high-performing engineering teams to deliver complex large-scale enterprise at leading multiple matrixed global teams and fostering a strong culture of collaboration and ability to lead inspire and motivate teams; leads through empowerment and influence.

Masters degree in a technical field or an MBA is desirablenExcellent leadership and organizational management communication influencing and presentation skills with the ability to adapt ones style based on the level of the to synthesize and translate complex technical discussions into business deep and persistent attention to ability to exert influence in a highly matrixed ability to maintain a focus on simplicity while handling complex ability to recognize attract and develop analytical and quantitative skills.
