Job Summary
Modesto City Schools is a Pre-K through 12th grade district serving approximately 30000 students. The District is one of the largest employers in Stanislaus County with over 3200 employees. It is divided into three divisions: Business Services Educational Services and Human Resources. An Associate Superintendent oversees each division and a variety of programs such as Early Childhood Education Child Welfare & Attendance Special Education Nutrition Services and City Schools also offers an Induction Program with a state approved curriculum by which new teachers attain their Professional Clear Credential. Minimum Requirements: Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience functioning in a lead capacity in a public sector purchasing operation. Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with a specialization in business or equivalent combination of education and work experience related to the position.
