• Experience as a director in a licensed child care center
• Must have or be able to obtain a commercial drivers license CPR/Fire Safety & any other training required by regulatory agencies
• Must possess state-specific director credentials
• Knowledge of child care licensing rules and regulations
• Knowledge of early childhood education curriculum & appropriate developmental practices
• Knowledge of sound business practices including budgeting and strategic thinking
• CDL Preferred
• Must be able to meet all state requirements for Director.
