Job Description:

Provides specialized expertise in a specific field working independently and leading projects of moderate risk and complexity. Mentors junior staff or manages projects to ensure successful execution and delivery. Possesses strong problem-solving skills to provide professional advice and solutions that align with and support the organizations broader goals.

Generates datadriven insights to inform business media and marketing decisions by analysing audience market sales and campaign performance data. Supports stakeholders such as sales planning and account teams by translating complex datasets into actionable insights that demonstrate the effectiveness and value of media channels campaigns and marketing strategies.
Researches and analyses audience behaviors demographics market conditions campaign results and performance metrics to identify trends opportunities and areas for optimisation. Produces insight reports and evaluations to assess campaign effectiveness forecast performance and guide strategic decisionmaking. Manages and applies analytics tools systems and methodologies to convert raw data into clear relevant recommendations aligned to client and organisational objectives.

Omnicoms policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time and many of our agencies as well as Omnicoms corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
