Join a mission-driven team delivering restorative care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in supportive community-based settings. As a Restorative Support Professional you will play a critical role in implementing behavioral health care plans and supporting individuals in achieving greater independence emotional well-being and community integration.

What Youll Do

• Deliver restorative and rehabilitative services based on individual behavioral health care plans.
• Provide motivational consistent and respectful support to foster high-quality relationships.
• Use crisis intervention skills and offer intensive support during challenging moments.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance individuals daily routines and life skills including: nutritional guidance employment and volunteer opportunities social and relationship development personal care and hygiene medication administration
• Maintain a safe healthy and positive environment that promotes growth and autonomy.

Who You Are (Required Skills & Qualifications)

• Deep understanding of intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring emotional/mental health needs.
• Skilled in monitoring documenting and communicating progress clearly and professionally.
• A natural role model with a positive caring demeanor and a strong sense of teamwork.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience providing rehabilitative or behavioral support to individuals with I/DD and mental health needs.
  • Safety Care Certification preferred (current or previous).
• Licensure: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. (with assistance or lifting devices) and perform physical tasks such as bending squatting pushing/pulling or kneeling without restriction.
