Direct Support Professional
Location:Sheboygan WI Type: Non-Exempt
Pay:Average starting wage is 16.88-17.50/ hour based on a premium pay/ blended rate model and schedule Daily Pay option

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene dressing and meal prep.
Implement Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP).
Administer medications and accurately log daily progress in electronic health records.
Encourage personal choice community involvement and recreational activities.
Maintain a clean safe and positive living environment.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Age 18 High School Diploma/GED valid drivers license caregiver background check basic computer skills
