Direct Support Professional I Individual Supports

Pay: $20.00/hour

The Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional I - Individual Supportsto join our team. This role involves teaching life management skills offering personal assistance and supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals in a safe respectful environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized care and promote independence.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in training certifications and professional development to improve service delivery.

• High school diploma GED or HiSET required.

• Valid standard drivers license (Class C or D).

• Must have own vehicle and provide proof of motor vehicle insurance.

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
