Job Summary
Community Interface Services is seeking compassionate motivated and people-focused individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. - Starting pay: $23$25 per hour

Community Interface Services (CIS) is a nonprofit organization that has empowered adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1983. Our mission is to provide individualized community-based services that support independence employment housing community living and personal growth.
As a Direct Support Professional youll work one-on-one with individuals to help them achieve their unique goals. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting individuals in developing workplace and employment skills
- Assisting with independent living and life skills development
- Facilitating participation in social recreational and community activities
- Helping individuals pursue educational and career opportunities
- Encouraging community engagement and inclusion
- Providing person-centered support tailored to individual goals and interests
This position serves individuals throughout the South Bay/Chula Vista areas. The expected schedule is Monday through Friday during business hours.

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California drivers license
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Reliable vehicle in safe working condition
- Current vehicle insurance
