As a Caregiver/Companion youll provide non-medical assistance companionship and daily-living support to individuals who want to remain comfortable independent and connected in their homes and communities.

• Assist clients with everyday activities and routines
• Provide companionship conversation and social engagement
• Offer support with errands shopping appointments and community activities
• Assist with light household tasks and organization
• Encourage independence while providing assistance when needed
• Help create a safe comfortable and supportive environment
• Use your healthcare experience to recognize changes in a clients well-being and communicate appropriate concerns
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Treat every individual with dignity patience compassion and respect
