Towne Home Care is looking for compassionate DCW CNAs or Home health aides in Gilbert.

• Provide non-medical care and support services in clients homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Perform light housekeeping laundry and household organization
• Provide medication reminders as directed
• Accompany clients to appointments errands and community activities as needed
• Offer companionship emotional support and social engagement
• Observe and report changes in clients condition or environment to supervisors

• Current Arizona Direct Care Worker (DCW) certification
• Previous caregiving home care or direct support experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Compassionate patient and dependable personality
• Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling documentation and electronic timekeeping

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid government-issued identification
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Negative TB test

Pay Rate: Starting at $19$20 per hour depending on experience location and client care needs.
