Direct Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers in Ypsilanti this role you will provide essential support and assistance to clients helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help clients with mobility and transportation as needed
• Monitor and report any changes in a clients health or behavior to supervisors
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures

• Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
• Ability to pass background checks
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive patient attitude

• Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour paid twice a month
