Direct Care Worker

Join University Home Care Inc as a Direct Care Worker providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in Howell this role you will support clients in their daily activities helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with medication reminders and health monitoring
• Maintain a safe clean and comfortable environment for clients
• Document care provided and communicate changes in clients condition to supervisors
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure client safety and privacy

• Previous experience in a caregiving or direct care role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility
• Reliable and compassionate with a strong sense of responsibility
• Basic knowledge of health and safety standards
• Valid drivers license or reliable transportation preferred

• Competitive pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour paid twice a month
