BAYADA Home Health Care offers a DCW (Direct Care Worker) Training Program incorporating basic regulatory compliance and personal care skills for graduates to provide care for adults in our Assistive Care State Programs practice.

Qualifications for Direct Care Workers (DCW):

• No Experience We Can Train You! If you do not have any Direct Care experience (or less than 1yr verifiable work experience) you would need to Successfully Complete the Direct Care Worker DCW Training Program provided by BAYADA - at no expense to you!
  
  
• You must have Reliable Transportation
  
  
• If youre compassionate dependable and eager to help others wed love to meet you.
  
  
• New caregivers are encouraged to apply
  

What Youll Do

Working under a plan of care developed by a registered nurse youll provide some of the following services independently in our clients private residence:

• Bathing grooming toileting and personal hygiene assistance
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping laundry and household support
• Medication reminders
• Ambulation assistance and transfers
• Companionship and emotional support
