In this roleyoullsupport daily dining operations by guiding and mentoring dining and wait staffmaintainingservice standards and ensuring residents and guests experience attentive welcoming service at every hands-on service withleadershiphelping the team succeed while keeping operations running smoothly.

Pay Range: $21.05-$26.30per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule:

Fridays and Saturdays 12pm-830pm

Sunday 9am-530pm

Mondays & Tuesdays 630am-3pm

WHAT YOULL OWN

Supportan ExcellentDining Experience

  • Ensure residents and guests receive prompt courteous andaccurateservice
  • Model professionalism hospitality and respectful interactions on the dining floor
  • Maintain awareness of menus ingredients preparation methods and service procedures
  • Monitor resident satisfaction during meals and support service recovery when needed
  • Ensure dining room presentation standards are met before during and after service

Lead Daily Operations & Support the Team

  • Coordinate staff coverage and adjust assignments to meet service needs
  • Coach guide and support dining andwaitstaff through hands-on leadership
  • Reinforce service standards safety practices and performance expectations
  • Perform opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
  • Step into service roles as needed during high-volume or short-staffed periods
  • Communicate clearly with dining leadershipregardingservice flow staffing and resident feedback

Safety Sanitation & Compliance

  • Follow and reinforce food safety sanitation and safe food handling practices
  • Ensure compliance with allergen awareness infection prevention and hygiene standards
  • Monitor for safety concerns and address or escalate issues as appropriate
  • Operate POS systems accurately and support billing and order accuracy
  • Comply withrequired screenings training and organizational policies

WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED

  • Strong customer service and hospitality skills
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced dining environment
  • Clear professional communication with residents staff and leadership
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • One to two years of experience inarestaurant fine dining or hospitality settingsrequired
  • Prior supervisory lead or shift-lead experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additionaleducation or coursework in hospitality food service or leadership is a plus but notrequired
