Location:Kohler WI Opportunity TheDiningSupervisorIprovidessupport to the restaurant management team through a variety of administrativeand operationaltasksandadditionaloversightof front of the house restaurantstaff. Manage guest requestscomplaintsandquestionsand ensure that all aspects are communicated to theappropriate leadership. Assistmanagement with daily administrative. Accurately process all new hire and employee change paperworkin a timely manner. Greet guests and present them with the menu informing them about the special items for the day andmenuchanges if any. Suggest food and beverages to the guestutilizingappropriate methodsto upsell. Take food and beverage orders from the guest and accurately enter into Point ofsale(POS) system. Process payment transactions. Clear and reset table settings and linens as needed. Communicatetothe guest andprovide assistancewith questions. Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. Assist with food and beverage service per the course of order. Promptly respond toguestwith anyadditionalrequest. Prepare mixed drinks for service to your customers table (must be 18 or over and licensed). Understandandcommunicateproducts and services available at the resort. Assistwith stocking andmaintainingthe restaurant par stock levels and side station. Help other areas of the restaurant. Assistwith overseeing the dining room flow and ensuring proper distribution of assigned stations. Create and execute special projects and assignments. Assistin answering telephone calls from guests. Perform the responsibilities of Servers Bartenders and Host/ess as needed. This is a full-time position with hours between 5:15 am and 11:00 pm.
Skills/Requirements
Safe Serve Certified as 18 years old. 3 years experience inrestaurant. Supervisory experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee isfrequentlyrequired tostand walksitclimbor balanceand stoop or kneel.The employee mustfrequentlylift and/or move objects up to30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depthperceptionand ability to adjust focus.

The hourly range for this position is $13.70 - $20.50. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidates education and work location.
