What Youll Do:

As a Dining Server youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

  • Providing personalized dining service including taking orders serving meals and assisting with all clean-up procedures.
  • Preparing and maintaining dining kitchen and storage areas ensuring they are safe organized and sanitary according to cleaning schedules and requirements.
  • Inspecting dining supplies utensils and equipment recommending replacements as needed.
  • Building positive relationships with residents their families and team members.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment; this is an entry-level position for those with a strong interest in the senior living industry.
  • Ability to work early mid or early-evening shifts (no late nights!).
  • Strong communication skills especially regarding resident dietary needs.
  • Commitment to professional appearance and safety including wearing a proper uniform slip-resistant shoes and gloves as .
