A day in the life as a Winter Seasonal Server Assistant:

Imagine starting your day with a stunning mountain view. As a Server Assistant youll set and clear tables assist waitstaff and maintain the dining areas cleanliness. During breaks you can ski right outside the lodge doors. After your shift relax and share experiences with colleagues in a supportive and vibrant environment.

What it takes to be Successful as a Winter Seasonal Server Assistant:

• Outgoing personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

The Minimum Requirements to be Considered:

• Must be at least eighteen years old
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Utah food handlers permit within 30 days of employment

What youll need to learn in the first 90 days to excel at this job:

• Dining room setup and clearing procedures
• Food service assistance protocols
• Guest service excellence
• Safety and sanitation standards

Work Schedule & Location:

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Situated at the base of the Alta Ski Area offering ski-in ski-out access
