Assist with orientation and training of new waiters and standards for safety sanitation storage of food supplies and banquet supplies. Interactcourteously and tactfully with managers coworkers customers vendors residents and resident family to promote and execute our culture of Yes. QualificationsHigh school degree or equivalent (GED).Experience in food service and in supervising dining room to speak read & write English with good comprehension. Spanish math skills required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of the restaurant service; health sanitation and safety requirements.
