Job Title: Reservations AgentJob Department: Dining & ActivitiesJob Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 / hour (it will depend on the level of training achieved)Job Summary:As a Dining & Activities Reservations Agent you will be responsible for handle Broadmoor high-end guest and Members itineraries coordinating bespoke dining spa tennis golf transportation and third-party activities while upholding our Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond criteria. This role will be trained in all our areas outside of room reservations training will be provided in phases beginning at Level I and will progress through Level III: Learn more about Broadmoor Level I: Dining ReservationsSkillset Level II: Dining Tennis/Pickleball Golf Transportation Third-Party ActivitiesSkillset Level III: Dining Spa Tennis/Pickleball Golf Transportation Third-Party ActivitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities include following. Other duties may be assigned:Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Food & Beverage outlets including hours dress codes menus seating availability dietary restrictions special events and private cabanas. Process restaurant afternoon tea and in-room dining and confirm specialized resort activities (such as golf tennis spa treatments excursions and third-party vendor experiences). Cross-check master guest itineraries for phone calls emails and chat messages promptly using luxury-aligned etiquette. Confirm final schedules via guests preferred communication channel (email text or phone).Work directly with the Front Office F&B outlets Spa and Sales teams to communicate special requests VIP arrivals and dietary strict data privacy standards including PCI compliance for financial transactions and HIPAA adherence for spa/wellness departmental meetings as guest itineraries while cross-checking all complete compliance with The Broadmoor guidelines operational procedures safety policies and institutional standards for excellence (Forbes Travel Guide and AAA Five-Diamond).Maintain a willingness to learn about The Broadmoors history estate grounds wilderness properties culinary offerings and retail additional duties and responsibilities as required.
