Digital Transformation Director

We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Director to lead strategic technology and business transformation initiatives across the organization. This role will work closely with executive leadership business teams and technology stakeholders to improve processes modernize systems and drive the successful adoption of digital solutions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to turn business objectives into practical technology and transformation strategies.

• Develop and execute the organizations digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Lead large-scale technology process and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for digital innovation and operational improvement.
• Evaluate existing systems processes and technologies and recommend modernization opportunities.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of new digital platforms applications and technologies.
• Oversee cross-functional transformation teams budgets timelines and project priorities.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Engineering or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in digital transformation technology leadership enterprise architecture IT strategy or a related area.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies data and analytics automation AI cybersecurity and modern enterprise platforms.
• Excellent project program and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
