BS Construction Management Architecture Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in the field of BIM/VDC for construction projects (vertical or horizontal) or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in management model version history in Autodesk Forma supplemental Revit Documentation and modeling as needed to support the field as well as sheet set management in Autodesk Forma.
A high level of technical Revit skills including working with filters parameters and annotations within an Autodesk Cloud Collaboration environment.
Experience in the management of intelligent 3D digital model data will enhance collaboration accuracy and efficiency throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills; ability to run coordination meetings and translate model findings into actionable site tasks.
Strong organization and change management skills with a focus on quality safety and schedule.
Deep understanding of BIM processes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively and efficiently across the project.
Strong Revit skills.
