My client is a global leader in hemostasis diagnostics and this is their national expert for middleware connectivity and cybersecurity across the portfolio. You are the technical backbone of their digital ecosystem shaping how every customer gets connected and secured.

What youll be doing
- Leading middleware installation configuration and troubleshooting across ASTM/HL7 interfaces
- Authoring and optimizing expert rules that outperform LIS-native engines
- Serving as the national Tier-2 escalation point for connectivity and rule issues
- Partnering with the cybersecurity team on risk assessments and mitigation plans
- Building playbooks and training internal teams on Tier-1 support
About you
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Hands-on middleware experience in a clinical laboratory or IVD vendor setting
- Fluency in HL7/ASTM network configuration virtualization and database structures
- Able to travel up to 60% including occasional international trips
