Digital Print Operations Specialist

BHS Corrugated North America is seeking a Digital Print Operations Specialist to join our growing Digital Print Service team.

If you have experience with digital printing industrial equipment electrical troubleshooting or automated machinery and enjoy working hands-on with technology this could be a great opportunity to take your skills into a highly specialized field.

This position supports large-format high-speed digital printing equipment integrated directly into corrugating operations. Youll work hands-on with the equipment while supporting customers throughout the U.S. Canada and Mexico.

• Operate and troubleshoot high-speed industrial digital printing equipment

• Support equipment installation service troubleshooting and operation

• Perform color calibration profiling and color correction

• Prepare and optimize digital files for printing

• Perform routine maintenance and equipment cleaning

• Troubleshoot electrical and control-related issues

• Work with customers and internal teams to resolve equipment and print-quality problems

• Support Digital Print operations at customer facilities throughout North America

Were interested in candidates with a technical background who are comfortable working around complex industrial equipment.

Ideal experience includes:

• Digital commercial industrial or large-format printing

• Industrial electrical troubleshooting

• Reading electrical schematics

• PLCs controls drives servos or automated equipment

• Color management calibration or print production

• Corrugating or converting equipment

Experience with AGFA printheads Siemens S7 TIA Portal E-Plan Bosch Rexroth IndraWorks or industrial process controls is a plus but not required.

A technical/trade school education Associates degree or equivalent hands-on experience is required.

This position requires approximately 75% travel sometimes on short notice throughout the United States Canada and Mexico.

This isnt a traditional production print position. Youll have the opportunity to work with advanced Digital Print technology in an industrial environment while developing highly specialized technical skills.
