Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences solving problems and helping customers get the most out of technology Join U.S. Banks International Banking team as a Digital Portal Help Desk Specialist where youll serve as a trusted partner to corporate and commercial clients using our digital banking platforms.


In this highly visible role youll combine customer service technical troubleshooting and operational support to help clients navigate digital solutions that support their international banking activities. What Youll Do

As a Digital Portal Help Desk Specialist youll support clients who use international banking digital applications and portals. Youll act as a primary point of contact for questions troubleshooting and onboarding activities while ensuring a seamless client experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries received through phone email and ticketing channels.
  • Troubleshoot portal access and functionality issues including conducting screen-sharing sessions to assist clients.
  • Provide real-time guidance and education on digital banking tools and processes.
  • Escalate complex issues and identify recurring trends or system concerns.
  • Support new client onboarding and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Review and collect required documentation for client setup requests.
  • Establish and maintain client access within digital banking platforms.
  • Perform data entry and account maintenance activities with strong attention to detail.
  • Build trusted relationships with corporate and commercial clients while delivering a professional responsive service experience.
  • Learn and support multiple digital banking platforms and client setup processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in customer service client support help desk banking operations financial services or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of client needs.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Help desk technical support digital platform or application support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the addition to salary U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package including incentive and recognition programs equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $27.50 - $36.68
