This category involves assisting public entities in their review assessment and determination of technology infrastructure deployments/integrations and addition this category will assist entities in procuring services critical to the successful implementation of technology.
Examples of Digital Operations Consulting are:
- Strategic Planning & Policy
- This is a general IT consulting subcategory focused on providing public entities with expertise in a number of areas including but not limited to technical application assessments and requirements development digital transformation readiness assessments and IT policy development.
- Infrastructure & Architecture
- Assists public entities with designing optimizing and planning the foundational systems that support their organizations technology environment. This will help entities build robust scalable secure and efficient tech ecosystems that align with their vision mission and goals.
- Independent Verification & Validation
- Provides a systematic process of evaluating a software system or project by an independent party to ensure it meets its requirements functions correctly and is developed according to established standards.
- Data & Analytics
- Assist public entities with turning data collection efforts into actionable insights to drive decision-making improve organizational performance and analyze trends. Contractors will also assist entities with developing an ecosystem that is conducive to robust data-driven decision-making.
Required below Resources:
- Managing Director: Senior leadership role crucial to high-stakes engagements who develops and executes specific strategies to be deploying in the project execution. Oversee the work of the entire project team to ensure high-quality project delivery. Managing Directors shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience working on public sector engagements.
- Principal: Senior leadership position responsible for managing Participating Entity relationships leading projects teams and delivering strategic solutions through subject matter expertise. Principals shall have a minimum of five (5) years working on public sector engagement.
- Senior Consultant: Experienced (5 years) consultant who leads out on SOW engagements developing strategic solutions and delivering high-quality outcomes for Participating Entities.
- Project Manager: Responsible for the oversight of engagements ensuring accurate delivery of services on time within scope and within the agreed-upon budget. This individual is responsible for developing project plans and milestones assessing and mitigating risks and engaging stakeholders. Project Managers must have a demonstrated history of delivering quality public sector projects with a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
- Subject-Matter Expert: This individual will have extensive specific knowledge and technical expertise in the area for which consulting services are being provided (ex. EEO Compliance Renewable Energy Finance). This individual is responsible for advising developing strategies and supporting the project team with their specialized knowledge. Subject Matter Experts must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the specific subject area they will be engaging in.
- Associate/Consultant: This individual is responsible for supporting Participating Entities engagements by assisting the project team in discovery research and the development of strategic recommendations.
- Analyst: Responsible for gathering information through research data and interviews. This individual prepares project-specific documentation used in the execution of the project.
