About the Role:
Join our Digital Operations group as a Digital Operations Associate Tester and help us deliver reliable high-quality digital solutions that support our operations.
This role focuses on a variety of testing methodologies and performing testing efforts for decentralized platforms and applications. Its an opportunity to build your technical expertise in a collaborative environment where continuous learning innovation and quality are valued.
What Youll Do:
- Reviews technical requirements and provides analysis on testing approach and content being deployed in the project.
- Attend design meetings to understand technology requirements to prepare for testing solutions.
- Leads test planning documentation test execution error reporting analysis and error verification.
- Works collaboratively among Digital and business test groups to support quality and acceptance testing.
- Conducts regression testing as needed per control guidelines.
- Support existing business applications and end user training and documentation.
- Adheres to established software development life cycle methodology and internal controls governing Change Management
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience with technology testing that provides the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2-5 years).
- Clinical Trial experience (highly preferred)
- Working knowledge of JIRA SDLC and AI platforms (ChatGPT)
- System testing experience with digital technology including eCOA (preferred)
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with system testing and writing test documentation (including script writing)
- Experience working with IT Developers in system enhancements and new functionalities.
- Confident initiative-taker
- Organized and Detail Oriented
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team to meet hard deadlines.
- Ability to organize and present information in clear and concise formats.
- In some cases an equivalency consisting of appropriate education training and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

The annual salary range estimated for this position in North Carolina is $60000- $80000 USD. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
