Position Summary

Creates and manages content that supports enrollment student engagement alumni relations philanthropy and college marketing and communication goals across web social email and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop written visual and digital content for target audiences.
• Write and edit content highlighting students faculty staff alumni and donors.
• Manage assigned social media channels and content calendars.
• Create short-form video and digital content for recruitment and engagement.
• Develop content for the website aligned with the Colleges marketing strategy.
• Support SEO and GEO content optimization efforts.
• Conduct content audits and recommend website improvements.
• Develop content for email campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
• Build strong relationships across campus to identify needs align messaging and create impactful communications.
• Assist with event support photography and asset collection as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or a related field.

Relevant internship student media freelance or professional experience in content creation communications marketing or social media.

Preferred Qualifications

• Effective writing and editing skills.
• Social media management experience.
• Short-form video production skills.
• Knowledge of digital content best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
