Job Summary
Position Summary
Creates and manages content that supports enrollment student engagement alumni relations and institutional marketing and communication goals across web social email and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop written visual and digital content for institutional audiences.
- Write and edit content highlighting students faculty staff and alumni.
- Manage assigned social media channels and content calendars.
- Create short-form video and digital content for recruitment and engagement.
- Develop content for the website aligned with the Colleges marketing strategy.
- Support SEO AEO and GEO content optimization efforts.
- Conduct content audits and recommend website improvements.
- Develop content for email campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with campus partners to identify and produce compelling communications.
- Assist with event support photography and asset collection as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or a related field.
Relevant internship student media freelance or professional experience in content creation communications marketing or social media.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Social media management experience.
- Short form video production skills.
- Knowledge of digital content best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
