Job Summary
Working closely with Sales and Creative this individual will translate product positioning field insights and company milestones into targeted digital campaigns consistent communications and enhanced brand presence across key audiences.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Marketing & Lifecycle Management
- Develop and manage email marketing programs across the customer lifecycle:
- Lead nurturing (new inquiries and inbound leads)
- Customer onboarding and retention
- Re-engagement campaigns - Build and maintain audience segmentation (military law enforcement commercial distributors)
- Create automated workflows aligned with sales goals and customer behavior
- Monitor analyze and optimize performance (open rates CTR engagement conversions)
Social Media Strategy & Engagement
- Support and augment existing social media strategy with a focus onengagement and relationship-building
- Actively engage with distributor partner and end-user content to strengthen digital relationships
- Identify opportunities to amplify real-world product usage field applications and partner activity
- Collaborate with Creative to ensure alignment with brand voice visual standards and messaging
- Help evolve social media into atwo-way communication channelthat reinforces credibility and trust within core markets
- Track company milestones product developments contract wins and key announcements
- Translate internal updates into structured external communications
- Develop and maintain apress release cadence and editorial calendar
- Draft and coordinate press releases in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Ensure consistent messaging across press email and social channels
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 36 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in B2B or product-driven industries
- Veteran and service members are encourage to apply equivalent military experience will be considered.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Marketo Salesforce Marketing Cloud Klaviyo)
- Experience with audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing workflows
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative environment
- Basic proficiency in photo graphic and video editing tools for content creation and content repurposing (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Canva or similar)
- Experience supporting or engaging distributor or partner networks
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales collaboration
- Experience in technical regulated or defense-adjacent industries
