Job Summary

Southern Company Services is seeking aDigital Marketing Specialist Iwith experience inOracle Eloqua Marketing Cloudand email marketing to support digital marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience creating email campaigns landing pages audience segmentation and marketing automation while ensuring compliance with email marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns usingOracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud.

Create and manage email templates audience segments landing pages and embedded forms.

Support marketing automation campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance and generate Eloqua analytics reports.

Perform A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Ensure compliance withCAN-SPAMregulations and email authentication standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns on schedule.

Maintain accurate campaign documentation and support multiple concurrent projects.

Required Qualifications

1 year of experience with Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud.

2 years of email marketing experience.

Experience creating email templates landing pages and audience segments.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint Teams).

Strong communication presentation and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with A/B testing and Eloqua analytics reporting.

Knowledge of CAN-SPAM regulations and email deliverability best practices.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Utility industry experience is a plus.

Customer support or technical service experience is preferred.
