Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
Plans manages and directs the development and implementation of education and training programs in specialized curriculum areas at an institution.JOB DUTIES:
20% - Compliance: Identifies implements and documents strategies to eliminate accessibility barriers in order to increase student success. Ensures compliance with accessibility and copyright standards. Ensures all design and development initiatives comply with CU policies CHE SACS and any other program or specialized accrediting agencies. 20% - Professional Development: Plans and implements campus-wide training programs for Clemson instructors or identifies SMEs to deliver training sessions. Facilitates training sessions and Quality Matters workshops. Supports professional development schedule/calendar. Pursues own professional growth through workshops seminars and demonstrations to remain updated on technologies and methodologies. 25% - Consulting and Partnerships: Serves as an educational consultant for instructors staff and program administrators. Manages and tracks work on projects and initiatives. Develops documentation to ensure structure and consistency in messaging across modalities. 35% - Course Management: Consults program SMEs on how to align learning strategies and ensure delivery methods support desired online course learning objectives and outcomes. Leads and ushers program SMEs through the process to develop review or revise online courses. Provides technical solutions that are compatible with appropriate pedagogical approaches for online learning. Conducts online course reviews to support college or program-level initiatives.JOB CODE:

Masters degree in education or related field and experience in curriculum management/development or related area.
At least 1 year online higher education teaching or related field
Licenses and Certifications:
Possess and maintain Quality Matters Certifications or be willing to obtain certifications
Preferred Requirements:
Knowledge of Canvas LMS is desired.

Expected Salary Range
66400 - 66400Salary is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to a candidates previous experience knowledge skills and performance in accordance with Clemsons compensation guidelines.
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL:
Normal Operations - Required to follow emergency facility closure and modified operations directives and not normally expected to work on-site during emergency situations.JOB LOCATION:
