Schedule:Monday Friday - Flexible 1st 7 am to 5 pm
Location:Menomonee Falls WI - 53051
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: Direct Hire
Pay Range:$50 - $60 per Hour (To be discussed with the Hiring Manager)
*Pay offered is based on experienceexpertise credentialing and education.

Duties:

• Lead Epic application design build upgrades enhancements and support.
• Drive patient-facing solutions across MyChart Cadence Ambulatory and Healthy Planet.
• Lead cross-application workflows patient outreach campaigns and digital health initiatives.
• Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.
• Develop technical roadmaps identify process improvements and manage project deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership mentoring and recommendations to management.
• Present complex technical solutions risks and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements:

• Education:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; Masters preferred.
• License(s): NA
• Certification(s):2 Epic certifications required; will consider other certifications including Ambulatory and Cadence that would assist in understanding patient engagement with self-scheduling MyChart messaging etc
• Years of experience:Eight (8) or more years of experience in IT (Function Specific: Clinical Cybersecurity Network etc.) preferably in healthcare.
• Skills/Specialties/Technology:
  • Hands-on Epic build experience particularly with patient-facing applications.
  • Experience independently leading Epic initiatives and cross-application solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows digital health and patient engagement.
  • Excellent leadership communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
