What youll actually do most days:

• Create short-form bangers (Reels TikToks Shorts IG YouTube FB) that stop the scroll and start conversations
• Shoot edit and post content that makes our equipment the coolest thing in Florida
• Build Crystal Tractor of Ocala into a brand people actually follow and engage with
• Light sales support so the content you create can turn into real deals

A few adulting tasks (kept minor on purpose):

• Register new equipment with manufacturers
• Stock in incoming inventory
• Keep clean records and filing so nothing disappears into the void
• Stay organized enough that creative chaos doesnt become actual chaos

Youre the type who:

• Already lives on TikTok/IG and knows what performs
• Can make heavy equipment look cinematic or hilariously relatable
• Hates corporate fluff and prefers real punchy content
• Wants creative freedom and actual impact instead of recycling the same three stock photos
