Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects project management intensive data-analysis and the identification for the so-whats therein and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 25 years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience utilizing at least two of the following technologies:
  • Web Services (REST and/or SOAP) XML XSLT Workday Studio/Orchestrate EIB Workday Cloud Connect
  • Experience contributing to the delivery of multiple Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations supporting at least two project phases
  • Strong understanding of integration design principles and data flows between Workday and external systems
  • Bachelors degree in a technical business or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Workday Integration and/or Studio certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation including design and configuration details
  • Experience supporting testing activities troubleshooting integration issues and implementing enhancements
  • Ability to balance work across multiple projects of varying size and complexity
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Familiarity with development and productivity tools such as Notepad UltraEdit Oxygen XML AQT Beyond Compare ASAP Utilities or similar tools
  • Interest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to team knowledge sharing
