Our Senior Analysts work independently and in group settings to get hands on experience in building effective relationships and creating solutions for our clients.

• Bachelors degree in business engineering science liberal arts computer science information systems or other technology-related majors
• 1-2 years of experience working within software implementation process
• At least 1 year of experience analyzing requirements maintaining functional documentation conducting tests troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
• Oracle EPM Cloud implementation experience preferably with Oracle EPM Planning (ePBCS)
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
• Eagerness to learn grow and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment
• EPM Cloud Certifications (or progress toward them) is a plus
• Prior consulting industry experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Flexible living locations across the U.S.

The estimated base salary for this job is $85000 - $95000. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Hurons annual incentive compensation program which reflects Hurons pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity the total estimated compensation range for this job is $93500 - $104500. The job is also eligible to participate in Hurons benefit plans which include medical dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
