Job Summary
MW Partners is currently seeking a Digital Advisor I to work for our client who is a well-known leading utilities company.
Responsibilities and duties:
- The role will support the implementation of safety projects and tasks related to the Companys Safety Management System (SMS) in Edison Safety.
- The SMS ensures our safety efforts are working together and provides a repeatable framework that relies on Worker and Leader Engagement to proactively identify and communicate safety risks implement mitigation strategies and continually improve the SMS.
- Responsibilities will include tasks in the areas of SMS Risk Management SMS Management of Change (MoC) SMS Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) and Human Organizational Performance (HOP). Additional responsibilities include:
- Supporting peers with SMS implementation tracking presenting and analyzing complex information
- Analyzing data in risk MoC and QA/QC applications (e.g. Excel Enablon and PowerBI)
- Ability to escalate issues to Management
- Apply adjustments or improvements to processes based on risk MoC and QA/QC efforts
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficient in managing complex projects concurrently
- Capable of leading teams to follow processes and execute deliverables
- Experience in using PowerPoint Excel and basic tools such as Pivot tables/charts
- Experience with excellent written and verbal communication
Desired Skills:
- Experience communicating to senior leaders and executives
- Experience with Safety Management Systems
- Experience working with an electric utility
