SUPERVISOR: Food & Nutrition Director
FSLA STATUS: Full-Time
Compensation: $17- $18/hour DOE
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read understand and follow recipe directions diet orders and work assignments.
- Numerical ability to prepare and measure cleaning agents and chemicals.
- Manual dexterity for the preparation of food items serving trays handling soiled dishes operating dietary equipment and cleaning work area.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to the cook in the preparation and service of meals.
- Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled.
- Assist in loading food carts and serving meals.
- Setting up the dining room and serving residents.
- Wash and store dishes.
- Reporting procedures for supplies equipment needs food receiving and storage.
- Attend in-service educational programs.
- Follow defined safety and Infection Control codes while performing all duties.
