Dietary Director

• Oversee all aspects of the dining services operations and compliance
• Ensure high standards of food quality safety service and hospitality
• Responsible for meal planning staff supervision budgeting compliance with dietary regulations and creating a positive dining experience for residents
• Ensure meals meet nutritional requirements and accommodate special dietary needs
• Lead and manage the dining services team kitchen staff and servers

• Minimum 2years of experience in food service management preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
• Texas Food Manager Certification Program
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen/dining environment
