This position is 36 hours per week 7on/7off hours are 7pm - 530am.

Up to a $10000 sign on bonus for candidates who meet eligibility criteria. Talk with your recruiter to learn more. Eligible new graduates have the potential for $15000 in forgiveness.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the ability to perform CT procedures as requested by referring physicians.

• Demonstrates adequate radiation safety practices as it relates to both patients as well as co-workers.

• Participates in all Radiology Management System functionspertaining to patient procedures.

• Provides patient education as required.

• Maintains effective communications with referring physician and radiologist staff to provide for the efficient delivery of CT procedures.

• Abides by the service delivery standards of the Department of Diagnostic Imaging & Radiology in interactions with patients visitors employees or other customers.

• Adheres to appropriate and accepted clinical principles methods and procedures while performing CT procedures.

Position Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology

• NYS Radiology Technologist license and ARRT

Preferred:

• NYS Injection certification

• One (1) year experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a full service hospital

• ARRT CT Registration
