Edge Services form the critical boundary between our users and our backend infrastructure. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure Operations team to help power this massive globally distributed this role you will be at the forefront of global service delivery performance optimization and platform reliability. This position is ideal for a curious impact-driven engineer who values continuous learning across multiple technical disciplinesfrom systems engineering to network architectureand who excels at bridging the gap between complex technical execution and overarching business goals.

Deploy configure and maintain highly available Edge infrastructure spanning proxy CDN and global routing technical challenges within your domain to design and implement robust cross-functional initiatives to continuously improve systems and with network SRE global operations teams and EPMs to ensure highly reliable our technical direction by proposing architectural improvements and guiding strategy.

Active RHCSA or LPIC-1 certification or equivalent hands-on Linux administration experience nExperience diagnosing application traffic and connectivity issues using routing concepts network topology HTTP/HTTPS communication and TLS using observability monitoring logging or traffic analysis tools such as Splunk ClickHouse Grafana Prometheus or similar tools to investigate system application or traffic issues.

Active RHCE or LPIC-2 certification or equivalent advanced Linux engineering -on experience with BGP routing principles network topology design HTTP/HTTPS protocols TLS or large-scale traffic troubleshooting and resolving time-sensitive production incidents including coordinating across teams communicating status and driving issues toward mitigation or written and verbal communication skills including the ability to document technical processes summarize findings and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical supporting global distributed or large-scale network services such as Domain Name System (DNS) Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB) Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Content Delivery Network (CDN) or similar infrastructure writing or modifying scripts in Python Go Bash or similar languages to support troubleshooting automation reporting or system administration using AI-assisted development or automation tools such as Claude Code GitHub Copilot ChatGPT or similar tools to support scripting troubleshooting documentation code review or operational workflow improvements.
