Device Engineer (Einfochips Inc)

• What candidate will Be Doing:

• (1) Incumbent has knowledge and experience in own discipline and may still be acquiring higher level knowledge and skills. Incumbent builds knowledge of the organization processes and customers solves a range of straightforward problems and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. A moderate level of guidance and direction is provided.
• (2) Incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience in own discipline possesses strong knowledge of the organization processes and customers solves a range of complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Limited guidance and direction is provided.

What We are looking for

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technology or related field.
• 7 years of experience in network lab operations infrastructure engineering systems administration or testbed engineering.
• Strong knowledge of: Cisco Routing and Switching Data Center Infrastructure Linux Administration (Red Hat/CentOS/Ubuntu) TCP/IP Networking DHCP PXE DNS HTTP Services Server Deployment and Management
• Experience with SONiC network operating systems or hyperscale networking environments.
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting routers switches and servers.
• Experience working with optical modules and fiber connectivity.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and infrastructure automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Additional job details

• Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure or GPU-based test environments.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus Cisco 8000 platforms UCS Servers or Hyperfabric solutions.
• Experience with Ansible Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Knowledge of VMware and AWS cloud platforms.
• Understanding of network performance testing and benchmarking.
• Experience supporting environments consisting of multiple racks and high-density infrastructure deployments.
